At the moment, there's an Elite Bullet Tournament running, which means there's no Bullet tournament for U2200(!) players for two hours. I know some people will want to watch, but a lot of people (myself included) just like playing bullet tournaments, so the suggestion is:
Whenever there's an Elite tournament, also run normal tournaments/under XXXX rating tournaments, of the same variant. Maybe "under 2200" sounds slightly silly, so there could also be an "intermediate/advanced" tournament for 1600-2200 rating players, as well as an U1600 tournament.
