Lichess becoming one of the world leaders in popularity among chess sites. However, there are significant drawback is the lack of team tournaments.
Unfortunately the team on Licess exist only as interest clubs, almost exclusively for communication within teams and are not adapted to battle among themselves, especially because most of the players recorded multiple teams!
How would you react to that to fix it shameful for Lichess things?
We had the idea to create the League team tournaments, which would include several (e.g. 8) teams. It will be brand new teams, with the only game in the team tournament! Combat tournament teams!
Let's call these commands conditionally,A,B, C,D,E,F,G,H (In the future it will be possible to give other names that will be chosen by the members of these teams).
These teams will be able to enroll everyone in a new team, but only in one (!) of these eight. (it will need to programmatically control).
Of course, everyone can be a member of their old commands for fellowship.
If a player does not like his team it will be possible to make the transition to another, but only at the end of a minimum slot cycle (e.g. week or month), not to get what the player plays for multiple teams.
The captain of each team automatically becomes the player with the highest ranking, or if he's not playing in the team tournament – the player with most of all points the team with the highest rating.
Players play in pairs: on the 1st Board and team leaders, on the other - descending ratings of the respective teams.
Thus, each player will play 7 games in the tournament with their boards from other teams (e.g. the player with the 4th ranking team will play With a party with 4 boards, teams A, B, D,...H).
If someone signed up for the tournament came from him before he got to the end, then he will be counted technical defeat with the rivals with whom he played, and his opponents respectively of victory.

Every hour (GMT) – at odd hours – controls 1+0, during the even hours - the controls 5+0.
For example, the appointed tournament 5+0 blitz 20:00 GMT
signed up for the tournament: A -25 players B-35 C-20 D-40 E-32 F-38 G-25 H-28. The tournament will be played with 20 players (at least players from teams in the team C a total of 20 participants), and players with the highest rating from the stated position.
One more thing. If a team shows up for the tournament of 20 people and in others more, those who can no longer play because of the minority of the first team.
In the future it would be possible to make additional groups for those teams that have more players.
For example, signed up for the tournament: A -20 participants, B-35 C-30 D-40 E-32 F-38 G-25 H-28. Then teams B, D, F is an optional tour of the 15 players (35-20=15, where 35 is the number of players from the B team, and 20 – the number of players in the main tournament).
It will be fairer - the team with the greater number of players will be able to score more points.
The way to count team points, it is possible to consider points and the Activity Scores of the team (every point gained by a team is multiplied by the number of participants from a team in the tournament). For example, the team scored 40 points in the main event at 20 players, then it will be awarded 800 Points of Activity, and these points will determine the standings of the team.
Further, these points will be summed by months and seasons with the awarding of trophies 1-2-3 places.
It seems that to make the formula of the tournament to 8 teams with a fixed number of participants is feasible our moderators Lichess.
