Flag status? "Pirate"

I've seen this recently, some players have the flag status of Pirate

Examples
ASONINYA
Thetacticbot1234

And many others

I checked the flag section for profile, but Pirate is not an option.
How do you get this "unique" flag?

You get it by choosing Pirate under the Country option

@Doofenshmirtz I left that answer to save the next player from having to search for 'flag' in the profile. Doesn't exist, but Country does.
