I would much appreciate it if Lichess could run some script to automatically change all usernames with the capital GM FM IM LM letters into lowercase.
I find it unpleasant that various players can cause confusion with such usernames.

Many comp-cheaters register names starting with master prefixes. If they are allowed to register like this it's somewhat good because that makes it easier to spot them. However it should be clear by notation if it's a title or a part of a username. I think it's good as it is coz titles are different coloured.

Because you can confuse it with titled player I assume, but a solution could be putting titles into brackets or alwats showing it with different colors.
What I mean is, why does it matter if you confuse them for a titled player?
