there is line 1. Qf2+ Kh1 2. Kd4 h2 3. Qf1X
but system consider it's wrong
and expects instead mate in 4, starting from 1. Ke4 ...

I don't understand those two last move, 2... h2 is not possible with white queen on f2

Yeah the puzzle is definitely flawed. Btw, 2. move — Actually any king move :)
#2 h2 is a pawn move, not a king move :D

Indeed it is incorrect. I wonder whether puzzles with negative vote-karma and high enough play count should be selected at all
