Am I not allowed to offer a draw twice in the same game?

Could've sworn this was always possible. Recently in a correspondence game I offered a draw to my opponent, which he decline. Several moves later I tried to make another draw offer, but after confirming the offer, the dialog box does not display the offer (e.g. "White offers draw"). Does not work on desktop or mobile (android).

What am I missing here? Surely this should be possible?

No, as far as I know, once a draw is declined it no longer can be offered. I imagine this is to prevent people from being annoying; spamming draw in a lost situation after its been declined.

You probably had a situation before where you offered a draw; the opponent declined; but then later in the game they offered a draw. (or vice versa) As each player gets 1 opportunity to ask for the draw.

You have to wait 10 or so moves after the draw was declined to offer a new one.
