Tactics trainer offline

Hello,

Recently I've been swamped with work and found myself travelling by train every day. In any case I don't have a good internet connection, but I'd love to use tactics trainer offline. To my surprise there aren't many free apps that allow for tactics training offline, hence my question, is it possible to modify the app to include tactics trainer at least as an option without getting the rating?

Maybe the best way to implement this is to be able to download TT problems in advance, then solve them on an app later!

Maybe after that, when you go to do more problems, the app sends the results to the server and your rating is updated then.
