Wrong behaviour of the Lichess staff

Hello. I have signalled 2 times a perfect idiot user to the Administrator. That user heavily insulted me in a game {Site lichess.org/m6wy7EfN
Date "2019.02.24"}:

«gift the game <<<mather fucker>>>
<<<hijo de la gran perra q te pario>>>
(= son of the big bitch etc.) <<<chuchetumadre>>>
<<<chuchetuputamadre perro sarnoso reculiao>>>»

but the Admin. didn't take any measure about the user.

I'm sorry to report this, but I'm very disappointed noticing that the user currently is playing, and the Pontius-Pilate-wise Lichess attitude.
Perhaps he/she has been warned all ready, and if it happens again they will take further actions against him/her.

A tip is to turn the chat off, you should never be botherd by trolls :)

Cheers
You needn't have opened the topic twice anyways.
Because the user is playing, Lichess didn't do anything about it? How did you come to that conclusion?

I'm not talking about this specific case, but in general: When users say something offensive, they first get a warning. If their toxic behaviour continues, their chat privileges may be revoked.
I think this may be Latin American Spanish-they seem to have the best swearwords, along with Russian, and maybe Afrikaans. In England we only have wally, berk and twit, or perhaps numpty if we are really angry. These are only gentle admonishments and are not really cursing :)

You get a congratulatory message when a user you've reported gets banned so it's only logical to assume that nothing was done if you don't get a reaction to a report. How about a "hey thanks for the report, it was useful and action has been taken"?
@optilink Maybe. Feedback is given in some cases, but the feedback message would have to be manually sent by the moderator to cover all different cases of taking action against a reported user. Might be possible to improve it a little, however.
Your reports don't go into void, actions are always taken.
You report, your report goes into queue, we examine the report, decide and take appropriate actions, where it is deemed they are warranted of course. It could be a warning, revocation of chat privileges, account closure, etc.

Now, why would we contribute to global warming by sending rather pointless, IMHO, messages? Unless you want some sort of detailed feedback on what kind of actions had been taken...

But then it kind of goes against discussing the case with 3rd parties policy, plus it's an invitation to unproductive debates. It's prerogative of a moderator to decide what actions are warranted and time and effort is better spent on new cases rather than to explain why this and that report resulted in this or that action.

My $0.02 anyway.
Okay. I was of course conscious that reporting this here is not very fair becouse of Lichess rules, but I am angry in function of intensity of the user insults.

@Sybotes: unfortunately, using smartphone, it is easy to make mistakes, and duplication in the forum cannot be deleted by user because there's no option in the menu

@Assios: Yes, because detecting he continuously freely played after the offendig event, led me to deduce that no measure had been taken, because my sensibility suggests me that for such words at least a long suspension of the account has to be applied

@ProfDrHack: Yes, I've said so because effectively such a kind of person is undoubtedly a perfect idiot, and saying that (which means to tell the truth) is not an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth (in fact he doesn't perceive it, unless he reads this thread, but frankly I don't care..), and is null if compared with the user's arbitrary words and untrue concepts they convey
