new create a game rating selection system

This new way of limiting the ratings when you create a game is terrible! I am trying to improve as a player and normally like to play people that have a rating at least 100 higher than mine. Now all you can select is the same rating as yourself and up. Your options are limited now. The only benefit I see with this system is it would help those who do not understand basic arithmetic with the burdensome task of adding or subtracting a number to their rating. Please consider bringing the other function back and running both! I have heard many others complain about this as well. Some people like to only play opponents that are 2000 and up. Now after every game, you must change the range to keep it at 2000+.

I am completely flummoxed about how to set a Create A Game rating range. What happened? Anyone?

Quite a few people would agree with you, myself included. So far, an explanation hasn't been forthcoming. The main forum thread that was complaining about it is now buried, due to an apparent rule that kicks in when a thread has more than 50 posts.
