What was your male mid life crisis

<Comment deleted by user>
Unfortunately, I still seem to be in mine (and I think it's about to merge with my retirement syndrome).
When I figure out the mid - point it will be too late to tell you!
I donno if it was midlife exactly @ 28, but close enough? Had some rough years after my partner drowning :'3
The Midlife crisis hasn't happened to me, so to celebrate I've just bought myself a Skateboard and associated paraphernalia, and am hitting the ramps. :).
I guess I'm still living mine out. 20+ years ago I was divorced, working 3 part time jobs and scrambling to keep my head above water. I decided to travel to China and teach English here, just for a year. Just for one year. Now I'm married and have two kids in China. I'm past retirement age, but keep working part time because 1) I love what I do and 2) I get paid.
I interpret midlife crisis as when you are 40(+)
Mother had cancer and passed away, (2020, I was 42 yo)
Corona Pandemic came and I isolated myself. Didn't have to put up with people and liking it.
I studied "alternative medicine", or healthy eating,
have started training to become a "Healer" (Journey Practitioner)

My 30-years crisis was way better.
But I feel like on my right track in life in most ways.
For me it was lichess.
Always wanted to try it and I was 42
Times running out you know

So everything was cool
Couple of 10 second puzzles
And then I had a bad match
I was now at 483 elo

After I recovered I played one more match
My brother had died so that match was for him. He died while I was making forum posts.
Of course I was scared but you know
It was like an homage to him
And something I had to do for both of us.
It was a perfect match,I even beat Magnus Carlsen.
You old guys, you know how it is, you stare fear in the face and spit in it's eye.

So what was you male midlife crisis and how did you handle it?

I hope you did something crazy.
