Chess puzzles

HI, I have tried several of the puzzles and the so called correct solution would result in losing the game. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just not seeing something?

An 1100 decides to criticize a very good system used by players many times better than him/her. (and also the engine which makes these puzzles and is better than literally everyone else)
@songmaster1950 you might want to get familiar with the concept of sacrifice. losing a piece on purpose to get a mating attack or win back more material

Wait, are you solving the puzzles in lichess or getting the puzzles from somewhere. If you are getting puzzles from somewhere and you are arranging the position in the board editor make sure you arrange the pieces in the correct ranks because if you arrange white pieces at black’s side and black pieces at white side the solution might become wrong. This also applies if you are loading from FEN. If you arranged it correctly then I don’t know what type of puzzle it is, I haven’t yet encountered that type of a puzzle.
At your rating (1400) puzzles always have a straightforward sequence, so you shouldn't have that problem of possible solutions and most likely you're missing something
