is 0 sec move time not possible anymore?

@isaacly, my ping is 60ms, as this page says:

It shows that sometimes it spikes to 110 (though if I test with cmd command, it doesn't show any spikes), but sometimes I can lose 200ms, or even more. How is it possible if my ping is just 60ms?

the way i see it now, using stockfish to test one's premove speed/time may not be accurate. as stockfish engine might possibly consume a tiny bit of resource from the player's internet that causes that 0.03 sec loss even in perfectly executed premoves.

@Kitty-Meow, I don't think so, as stockfish runs at server side when you use the "play against a machine" mode. The time it takes is accounted in his move times, not ours. Anyway, the premove time consumption occurring when playing against humans is the same.
